Biography

Peter Michailidis is a Managing Director in JLL’s Midtown Manhattan office, where he specializes in tenant representation. Widely regarded as one of New York City’s top emerging leaders in commercial real estate, Peter has advised a diverse range of tenants across industries and has completed nearly 3 million square feet of transactions in his first nine years in the business.

In 2024, Peter was recognized as one of JLL’s top national producers, a distinction he credits to his relentless commitment to client service and his ability to deliver creative, solutions-driven strategies for complex real estate challenges.

A graduate of Hamilton College, Peter earned his degree in Economics while competing on both the varsity ice hockey and squash teams. Known for his integrity, competitiveness, and genuine approachability, Peter brings the same work ethic from the rink and court into his professional practice.

Outside the office, Peter is an avid golfer, squash player, and men’s league hockey competitor at Chelsea Piers. He is also passionate about giving back—having founded The Big Apple Hunt, a nonprofit charity event that has raised more than $100,000 to combat opioid addiction in the United States.
