Daniel Posy
Dan has over 22 years of experience in advising Tenants in the NYC market and has worked on over 2 million square feet of transactions. Dan has solidified himself as one of New York’s top middle-market tenant-rep brokers and prides himself on being one of the toughest negotiators in Manhattan – never leaving a dollar on the table for his clients.
Dan lives in Englewood, NJ with his three boys, Ethan, Shane, Zacky and his wife, Missy. Dan is a big Pittsburgh Steelers and New York Knicks fan.
Peter Michailidis
Pete has over 7 years of experience in advising Tenants in the NYC market and has worked on over 500,000 square feet of transactions. Pete has emerged as one of NYC’s top rising brokers and attributes his rapid success to his obsession in optimizing the office leasing process to service the dynamic needs of today’s client.
Pete graduated with a degree in Economics from Hamilton College where he also played Ice Hockey and Squash. Pete currently lives in the Meatpacking District of Manhattan. He is a huge Ranger fan and enjoys golfing and playing on his Men’s league hockey team at Chelsea Piers.
Evan Margolin
Evan is a career Tenant representative with over 22 years of experience advocating for Tenants in the NYC market and has worked on over 3 million square feet of transactions. Evan is known as one of top middle-market tenant-rep brokers in New York which he attributes to his unmatched work ethic and dedication to service his clients to the highest degree.
Evan lives in Armonk, New York with his two kids, Joelle & Max, and his wife, Elyse. He is a die-hard Giants fan and enjoys spending time with his family on the weekends.
